Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the Spanish Consumer Protection Act (Texto Refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios, TRLGDCU), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract entered into with SENIOR ONLINE WORLD IO, S.L. within 14 calendar days, without having to give any reason.

1. Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, received the order (or the last item, in the case of orders with several products delivered separately).

2. How to exercise the right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal you must notify us of your decision by means of an unequivocal statement, for example by sending an email to soporte@eurooutletclub.com, stating your name, the order number, the items you wish to return and the date of receipt. You may also use the model form included at the end of this page, although its use is not compulsory.

To meet the deadline, it is enough for the communication concerning the exercise of this right to be sent before the relevant period expires.

3. Returning the item

You must send the item back without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw. The deadline is met if you send the item back before that period has expired.

When you notify us of your withdrawal we will give you by email the address to which you should send the item. Do not send back any return without having asked us for it first at soporte@eurooutletclub.com: without that confirmation we cannot guarantee that the parcel will be received.

4. Condition in which the item must be returned

You may try the item on as you would in a physical shop. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. We ask that, as far as possible, you return it to us with its original packaging and labels, but this is not a requirement for your withdrawal to be accepted.

5. Effects of withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges (with the exception of any supplementary costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive one we offer), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied proof of having sent them back.

The direct cost of returning the goods will be borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated, as set out on our delivery and returns page.

If your order was paid cash on delivery and you refuse delivery without having paid for it, we will take it that you are exercising your right of withdrawal and you will owe us nothing, provided that the communication or the refusal takes place within the 14-calendar-day period.

6. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

In accordance with article 103 of the TRLGDCU, the right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to:

• Items made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
• Sealed items which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery (for example, underwear or swimwear supplied sealed). Footwear and outerwear are not excluded from withdrawal.
• Items which, after delivery and by their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods.

Apart from these cases, the right of withdrawal applies to products sold by EURO OUTLET CLUB generally.
